Community volunteers working together

Our Story

Built on Belief. Driven by Community.

The Reset Network was founded on a simple truth: everyone deserves a second chance. We exist to make that chance real — with housing, support, and a community that shows up.

Our Mission

To provide safe, dignified transitional housing and wraparound support services that empower individuals to rebuild their lives — regardless of their past, their circumstances, or where they're starting from.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Dignity First

Every person who walks through our doors is treated with respect, compassion, and the belief that they are capable of extraordinary things.

No Judgment

We meet people exactly where they are. Your past does not determine your welcome here — only your willingness to take the next step.

Community Over Isolation

Healing happens in community. We build environments where residents support each other, celebrate wins, and hold each other accountable.

Whole-Person Support

A roof is just the beginning. We address housing, mental health, employment, and life skills — because lasting change requires all of it.

Our History

How We Started

The Reset Network was founded in 2010 by a small group of community advocates who saw a gap: people leaving treatment, incarceration, or crisis situations had nowhere safe to land. Without stable housing, every other form of progress collapsed. We started with one house and a commitment to do things differently — with warmth, structure, and genuine belief in every resident. Today, we operate across three locations and have supported over 200 individuals on their journey to stability.
